Edvard Kindt Larsen
Danish couple Edvard and Tove Kindt-Larsen made a great contribution to design. Common to all their work was a sense of quality and an ability to work that precisely coincided with the taste of the moment. Both Tove and Edvard studied with Kaare Klint at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen. They established their design office together in 1945 and had a long career working in design and architecture throughout the 20th Century. They were diverse and eclectic designers, creating textiles, lighting, jewelry, glass, typography and more.
